Completions Engineer

The Completion Engineer is responsible for the technical oversight of completion operations in East and West Texas. This position will develop the completion design, oversee and monitor completions operations, and analyze performance for future improvement. Responsibilities include, the design and optimization of new completions including risk assessments and cost estimation and analysis. These duties shall be executed in a way that protects our people and the environment while acting in the best interests of the company and related parties. This position will provide completion engineering functions ensuring application of sound engineering principles, an understanding of latest technology and technique while complying with all applicable State and Federal Oil & Gas Regulations.

Regulatory Analyst

This full time Regulatory Analyst position is responsible for assisting the company’s Regulatory Department in the coordination, completion, and filing of government, state and federal, regulatory and compliance documents, primarily in the states of New Mexico and Texas. This position also assists with ensuring the company is compliant with applicable regulations related to company operations and helps ensure timely completion of regulatory other functions as needed.

Construction Foreman

Directly supervise and coordinate construction activities as they relate to drilling, completion, and production operations. This position would be responsible for coordinating and supervising the preparation and construction of drilling pad sites, frac water infrastructure, production facilities, SWD facilities, and pipeline facilities necessary to separate produced fluids and deliver those fluids to market or disposal. Supporting the drilling, completion, and production activities, this work shall be performed with a focus on controlling the quality, cost, safety, and productivity performance.

Measurement & Automation Foreman

The Measurement and Automation Foreman will be responsible for all areas of measurement and automation including developing and overseeing gas measurement, well control and field data communication philosophy for existing and new facilities/wells. Common equipment used includes gas lift controllers, pump off controllers, VSD’s, meters, liquid turbine meters, Coriolis meters, stick and guided wave radar tank sensors, pressure/temperature transducers, PLC’s and HMI’s. In addition to the hardware, this position will oversee and monitor the software necessary to compile all the field data to ensure data quality and utilization in the field and office. It is essential to have a working knowledge and programming capabilities of a variety of automation equipment.

Facilities Engineer

The Senior Facilities Engineer provides facilities engineering support and project management responsibilities across the company’s asset base. These responsibilities relate primarily to our production operations but will also occasionally support our midstream activities. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the design and installation of production related facilities, oil, gas and water gathering lines, water handling infrastructure and natural gas compression.
